Our Student Transportation Story
Elevate Leagacy Transporation was founded in Boston, Massachussetts by co-founder Tayanna Lewis, who set out to build a transportation company rooted in dignity, dependability and genuine care for every rider - the kind of service she wanted for her own family and community.
When the company branched into Texas, Crystal Thompson joined the team as Chief Operation Officer, bringing the operation leadership needed to grow the vision into a company families across North Texas could rely on everyday. Together, Tayanna and Crystal lead Elevated Legacy Transportation with one share mission: get every student - where they're going safely, on time, and with the respect they deserve.

What are your service rates and discounts?
Our monthly rates are $375 for one-way recurring and $600 for round-trip recurring transportation. For as-needed rides, the rate is $4 per mile. We also offer a 15% sibling discount for families with three or more recurring rides per week.
Which cities do you currently serve?
We currently provide transportation in McKinney, Allen, Princeton, Melissa, and Anna. Expansion plans for the broader DFW/Fort Worth and Houston areas are coming in the future.
How do you handle safety and car seats?
Safety is our priority. We provide age-appropriate seating and follow strict pickup procedures. All vehicles are equipped with dash-cameras, and drivers undergo extensive screening and training.
How are routes approved and scheduled?
Every route is individually reviewed before approval to ensure it meets our safety and reliability standards. Once an inquiry is received, we assess timing and location to provide the best possible service.
What happens after I complete my inquiry?
After the inquiry, we review the route and schedule a meet-and-greet. Once the agreement and payment are complete, transportation begins following final written approval.
